This series aims to facilitate open discussions, share valuable resources and highlight the significance of mental well-being in our industry.
The webinar topics will be suitable for everybody, from business owners to back office. Everyone is welcome.

This partnership and webinar series underscore TEAM’s commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support within the recruitment industry, fostering a community that cares for its Members’ well-being.
Who are SHOUT?
SHOUT operates the UK’s first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service, offering a lifeline to those in distress. With over 2 million conversations to date, SHOUT has been a pillar of support for individuals experiencing a range of emotional and mental health issues. Their expertise will now extend to the TEAM network, offering unparalleled support and resources to our community.
Shout 85258 is the only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone in the UK who is struggling to cope.
Launched publicly in May 2019 and aince have taken more than 1,000,000 conversations
with people who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal overwhelmed and who need immediate support.
As a digital service, Shout has become increasingly critical since Covid-19, being one of the few mental health support services able to operate as normal at this time.There’s no charge to use Shout 85258 and the service is discreet and easily accessible. It won’t appear on a mobile bill and requires no app, data, password or registration.
TEAM Netwalk
The first-ever TEAM Netwalk took place last year, a day before the TEAM Annual Conference 2024 and it was a fantastic way to start the event! We teamed up with Julia Doherty from Adventure Geek, raising money for Shout UK, to give Members and partners the opportunity to swap the boardroom for fresh air, open conversations and wonderful countryside views.
We successfully hosted a Netwalk 2.0 ahead of 2025’s Annual Conference, and are so excited to be hosting Netwalk #3 in 2026!

Breathwork
TEAM Service Provider Michelle Flynn, Founder and owner of Michelle Flynn Coaching has taken stage with Breathwork sessions.
Michelle hosted her first Breathwork session with TEAM at our Annual Conference 2025. An 8am ensured attendees were focussed and ready for the day, followed by a lunchtime session, to recharge our energy and sharpen up.
With the success of the Conference, Michelle has travelled the UK for our Q2 Regional Events, hosting and sharing her Breathwork Techniques across the wider Membership.
