With over a 20 year marketing career under her belt, 15 of those specialising in recruitment, Catherine has a passion for using marketing to support recruitment business growth. She has successfully built marketing functions as profit centres - fuelling business growth with strategic marketing and collaborating with Sales to drive recruitment businesses forward.

Catherine has gone from a global corporate recruiter, to scaling specialist, SME agencies, to becoming a marketing consultant to the industry, now with North Star People. Catherine provides marketing, brand and website strategy services, resource and tech planning, as well as mentoring in-house marketers.
