Meet Martin, Director of Jump Advisory Services, who brings 25 years of experience within the recruitment market to support growth-focused businesses. Martin has built, grown and scaled numerous sales entities within corporate and privately owned organisations, sitting on both UK and European boards as the Managing Director of Experis, a part of ManpowerGroup UK, and recently served as the Managing Director of Outsource UK.
