Simon is the new IT Division Director.
Addition Solutions started as a lifestyle business in 2013; In 2017, Simon realised he wanted to turn it to something and brought in his business partner Brett Johnson and they’ve grown slowly since; no funding, no loans.
Staff is now at 30; Addition is Tech based in Milton Keynes but also have Add-Talent incorporated in the states (Tech) and Add-Education also incorporated out there with an office outside of Philly.
Plans – AT and AE are grow to sell businesses and plan to exit AE by 2028, AT later. Addition will keep growing organically and their plan is to make it part staff owned in the next 5-7 years.
Simon is looking forward to supporting this Group and encouraging more collaboration on ideas, challenges and jobs.
