Negative thoughts and limiting beliefs are common for everyone and can affect our productivity or achieving goals we set for ourselves.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a form of therapy that helps to challenge and change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking and behaving.
In this session we will go through useful techniques and frameworks you can use to overcome negative thoughts and behaviours.
I’m Chris Hart, begrudgingly 43, Dad to three boys, mullet and moustache owner, Recruitment Trainer and Mental Health Coach.
My Recruitment career has spanned nearly two decades building and leading teams and creating successful L&D programmes.
I also have 40+ years of Lived Mental Health experience as well as being a certified Ambassador and CBT Coach.
I now head up arcade, a Training Consultancy that focuses on Recruitment Training and Mental Health Coaching.
