We know there is a shortage of candidates and for some people, using the job boards to advertise vacancies is something they don’t have much experience of. We also need to make sure that people are getting a good return on their advertising investment.
For those who haven’t had any job board training, Michelle Davies from Candidate Source, is running an hour session on Job Boards for beginners. This hour is a lunch time sprint through the basics of writing an effective online advert with a view of giving you a fighting chance of attracting suitable people.
If you’ve sat through Michelle’s training before – THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! But if you haven’t and you need a quick steer, it might be worth you making a brew and sitting through an impromptu tour of advert writing.
